Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or gift cards, are non-returnable. Please check the product page for return exclusions.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@rasfair.com. You will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refund method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Processing time: Once approved, refunds may take up to be 14 business days to appear on your payment account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our Customer Service team within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We will help you with the exchange process.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or send you a replacement, as per your preference.

How to Return Your Product:

  1. Contact us via email at support@rasfair.com or call us at 469-688-9137.
  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with the return address.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, and include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the item back using the provided return label or your own shipping method.

Please note: We recommend that you use a traceable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for returns as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item without proof of shipment.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect order by the customer, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Exceptions

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
